Note: No treatment is always an option, just not a recommendation for cases of this complexity.
Note: The fees associated are approximate, not absolute. Actual costs will be done after specific plan is chosen. These are estimates to guide patient into best option for them and financial ability. Again, these are estimates. Once a tentative option is chosen, more exact costs will be given, as specific numbers take a considerable amount of administrative effort.
*These fees do not take into account insurance benefits. You can expect that your yearly benefit will be maximized for a case of this size. 5% bookkeeping benefit is given for any case paid in full prior to start.
Below, it'd be great if the strategies created were based off of conditions in the "Dental Conditions Problem List". From there, the pros and cons get generated. The estimates are generated off of fee schedule of various procedures that adds as we go along.
Each strategy will have it's own "layman's" term with basic description beneath it.

*This is the recommended and optimal option, one that I'd recommend for my sibling, parent, or close friend. To help alleviate the daunting nature of such a plan, I have broken up the treatment into phases. Although phasing is not required, it helps to spread out the financial and time considerations. In addition, in many cases, treatment can be spread out over multiple yea rs to take advantage of multiple years of insurance coverage. The column indicated by "Time between phases" will have a time range. The first number is the minimum time needed for healing. The maximum is the maximum amount of time that can pass before compromise/issues can arise. It is also important to note that phasing any of the plans often ends up in an overall cost greater than if done all at once.
The phased plan would be laid out from the "ideal" option on the previous page. The actual plan in detail would be in response to the specific criteria/conditions that exist in response the problem/condition list.
